SHIPPING POLICY
We do not ship outside the United States.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after receipt of order by the method you chose during checkout. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship respectively within 1-3 business days following the weekend or holiday.
Holiday Schedule: Our office, fulfillment centers and Helpdesk are closed on the following holidays, however, you can still place orders on these days: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day , Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
We use the United States Postal Service (“USPS”) and the United Parcel Service (“UPS”) for our shipping. Shipping costs are flat rate, based on the price of each item ordered. If you would like a quote for 6 items or more, please contact us in the Support tab or email our Helpdesk at Support@TheSelfProtectionStore.com. We are happy to give you a quote.
Here is a list of our shipment methods with approximate transit times:
USPS First Class – 3 to 5 days (excludes Sunday and Federal Holiday delivery). USPS Priority Mail – 1 to 3 days (excludes Sunday and Federal Holiday delivery). UPS Ground – 1 to 7 business days (M-F)
Contact us for a shipping quote if you would like faster delivery using UPS 2nd DAY* AIR – 2 business days (M-F) UPS NEXT DAY* AIR – 1 business day (M-F)
At this moment, due to the popularity of our products, SHIPMENTS are taking longer than usual to process and may take a few extra days or even longer to get shipped.
Orders not shipped within 7 business days may be canceled by contacting our support Helpdesk in the SUPPORT tab. (Please be sure to reference an account or order identifier and the original order date in your email for faster resolution).
Large or Bulk Order Shipments – Orders containing 25 or more of one single item are considered large or bulk orders. We do make every effort to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible, however, due to possible lack of inventory (because of the quantity, and especially orders containing 50-100+ of one single item), the extra time is needed. UPS Ground will take up to 5 business days and USPS Priority Mail will take up to 3 business days (depending on destination – see maps below) for delivery. Priority Mail is considerably more expensive for large, heavy orders, so please note that.
PLEASE NOTE: Some Spy & Surveillance Products orders are special order items and will ship within 5 business days** (**if in stock in our warehouse). If you choose to upgrade your shipping to 2nd or Next Day Air, please be aware that your order could still take up to 3 business days** to ship, where after that date you would receive your order according to the shipping method you choose.
