BACK ORDERS: Given the heightened level of civil unrest and resulting fear among people in the USA today, our store’s products are in higher demand now than ever. And, while we try to timely indicate in this area of our website which products are currently out of stock and on back order, it is possible that an item you order is not on this list but it is out of stock at the time your order is processed.
If your entire order includes an item that is determined to be out of stock at the time your order is processed, and it is determined that this item will not return to stock within 3 business days, typically the remainder of your order will ship during the processing time (1-3 business days), and the out of stock item/items will ship when back in stock.
If you order an item that is out of stock, you will receive notification via email regarding the item and the time it is expected to return to stock. Most often, items return to stock within 2-3 business days. If your back-ordered items are expected to arrive in our warehouse within 2-3 business days, we will ship your entire order when all items are in stock unless you paid for expedited shipping. If an item that is out of stock is not going to be back in stock within 3 business days, we will let you know, via email, of each item’s expected date to return to stock. You will have the option at that time to keep that item on back-order status, or cancel that part of your order and receive a refund for the item(s) on back-order. Priority processing will be given to customers with items on back-order before new orders for these items are processed and shipped. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
