If you place an order that includes items that are currently out-of-stock, the out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder; the in-stock item(s) will be processed and shipped per our shipping policy (usually within 1-3 days).
Any backordered items will be processed using the same information provided in the initial order and shipped when they are back in stock, unless canceled by you via email to our helpdesk at: Support@TheSelfProtectionStore.com prior to shipping. You will be charged a separate shipping fee for the backorder items once they ship.
You will receive status emails for your orders that have items on backorder.
